The course is designed to help license holders recognize water-related risks, communicate accurate information to consumers, and comply with required disclosures. By improving knowledge of Texas water concepts and governance, license holders will be better equipped to protect the interests of buyers and sellers, reduce misunderstandings, and promote informed consumer decision-making.
