What is feng shui, and how can it help you market a home?
There’s a lot of misinformation out there about feng shui. The words mean “wind-water” in Chinese, and they refer to an ancient practice of designing buildings and arranging the objects inside to govern energy flow and produce feelings of harmony.
You don’t have to understand all the intricacies of feng shui to use it in the homes you’re listing for clients. In this course, Kara Bang will walk you through the history of feng shui and how to apply its principles to your listings. You’ll learn how rearranging furniture, incresing natural light, and changing color schemes can produce more appealing interiors, and how managing empty space can balance rooms that feel cluttered, overwhelmingly open, or just “off.”
By the end of class, you’ll grasp the basics of a millennia-old design philosophy and be able to transform your listings into better balanced and staged living areas — and wow prospective buyers.
