Representing REALTORS® in the Coastal Bend
The Coastal Bend Association of REALTORS® services over 1,900 REALTORS® in the Coastal Bend area of South Texas. CBAR's service area includes the counties of Nueces, Jim Wells, Live Oak, Kleberg, Brooks, Kenedy, and San Patricio.
Our members have a variety of real estate specialties including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, appraisal, resort properties, recreational land, and more. CBAR also offers membership to over 100 affiliate members from a variety of industries like banking institutions, title and escrow, home inspection, photography, construction, restoration, insurance, and communications.

CBAR members are part of a statewide and national network of professionals—joining more than 120,000 REALTORS® across Texas and over one million REALTORS® nationwide. All REALTORS® adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), ensuring accountability, transparency, and consumer confidence.
Through advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national levels, CBAR works to protect private property rights and promote policies that support a healthy and sustainable real estate market.
